Polysaccharide-based CSP derivatives로 코팅된 Normal phase 용Chiral Column line은, 다양한 광학이성질체를 분리할 수 있으며, 그 적용범위가 매우 넓은Column입니다. Chiral Selector인 Polysaccharide-based CSP derivatives가 silica에 코팅되어 있으며, 다양한 종류의 CSP를 가진 Column을 선택적으로 사용하여, 광범위한 화합물의 Chiral 분석을 할 수 있습니다.

주의점

Coated type-Normal Phase Chiral Column은 CSP 가 Silica에 코팅된 충진제를 사용하고 있습니다. 따라서, 사용가능 용매 이 외에, 사용할 수 없는 이동상 및 시료 용매를 사용할 경우, Column 성능을 손상시킵니다. CHIRALPAK AZ-H는 diethyl amine등의 염기성 첨가제를 샘플 용해액 또는 이동상 모두에 사용하지 마십시오.
